Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
a) If ZeroLabs fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as described in the project proposal or contract, and reasonable attempts to resolve the issue have not been successful.
b) If the client cancels the project before any development work has started, a full refund of any upfront payment will be issued, minus any applicable administrative fees.
c) If the client cancels the project after work has begun but before final delivery, a partial refund may be granted at ZeroLabs’ discretion. In this case, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed hourly or milestone rate.
Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances: If the client is dissatisfied due to a change of mind after project approval and delivery. If project delays occur due to incomplete or delayed client input, feedback, or required assets. For any third-party costs, including domain names, hosting, premium plugins, or software licenses purchased on the client’s behalf. If the project has been completed and delivered according to the agreed specifications.

ZeroLabs aims to resolve all client concerns amicably. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us immediately at zerolabssoftware@gmail.com. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled as follows: Good-faith negotiation between both parties. If unresolved, either party may choose to engage in mediation with a neutral third party. If mediation fails, disputes will be governed by the laws of Wi, United States and resolved in the courts of Milwaukee, Wi.
ZeroLabs may update this Refund and Dispute Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. The current version will always be available on our website.
